​Lunch Break (or anytime!) Mini Massage Sessions 

These are mini massage sessions that have major benefits. Each massage session is focused on one area and you can leave all of your clothes on. Most sessions are 20 minutes and can be scheduled during your work day. 

Relax and Maintain  Your Muscle Wellness Massage

Relaxing full body massage. Best for stress relief and maintaining your muscles as a healthy lifestyle or even part of your weight loss plan. Pressure used is light, medium, or deep. There are no specific areas of focus, all of your muscle groups get some attention!

 Focus On Problem Areas Massage 

Therapeutic massage focused on problem areas. Different therapeutic techniques may be used to work up to 3-4 areas in one session. Trigger point therapy, stretching, deep tissue, heat therapy, cold therapy, and/or acu-cupping are some of the techniques that may be used. It may require several sessions to reach desired goals. Therapeutic massage cream* is used to help soothe inflammation and sore muscles. Consultation is included to talk about things you can do at home to help relieve soreness and tension. 
*Biotone Muscle and Joint Relief Therapeutic Massage Cream is not recommended for pregnant women or people with certain heart conditions. Please fill out your intake form completely and include any health issues or pregnancy.

Pre Natal / Post Partum Massage

Mamas to be and new mamas are positioned with pillows to be as comfortable as possible while receiving safe and soothing massage. First through third trimesters and six months after labor. Doctor's release is required for any high risk pregnancies. 
*Massages end 5 minutes early to give client time to slowly get up and dress.
