24 Hours notice is required to cancel or reschedule your appointment without a fee.
Less than 24 Hours Notice = 50% of appointment total due
3 Hours or Less/ No Show = 100% of appointment total due
I understand that life happens. We all have things that come up. So I am also putting a $20 Courtesy Fee in place.
If you must cancel your appointment with less than 24 hours notice, but you reschedule your appointment at the same time for the next available time, you will only have to pay a $20 courtesy fee for the missed appointment.
Gift Certificates are held to the same cancellation policy.
Loyalty Credits are not earned when having to pay cancellation fees.
New clients will be required to prepay for their first appointment at the time of booking. (Some existing clients who have not booked since June 2020 may be considered new clients in my new booking system.)
Existing clients will be required to put a current card payment on file at the time of their next appointment.
I will also hold myself accountable for needing to reschedule appointments at the last minute. With the times being what they are and school getting ready to start back, I cannot guarantee that I will never have to reschedule your appointment. However, if it is last minute, you will receive a $20 courtesy credit on your account and you will receive your loyalty credit for that appointment.
